Return & Exchange Policy
Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or store credit if they meet our terms.
Exchange or store credit is available on items that have been sold in standard sizes only (not customised items).
To raise an issue for return or exchange the customer must write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or may reach us on Whatsapp.
Any request regarding return or exchange should be made between 10am – 7pm, Monday through Saturday.
The Terms & Conditions for the Policy are as Following:
- Products can only be exchanged for a new product, different size of the same product or a store credit.
- Products cannot be exchanged after any alterations.
- Custom orders cannot be returned.
- The shipping charges for alternations & returns will be borne by the customer.
- Discounted products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All items returned must have all the tags attached and must reach us unused.
- The store credit, exchange or return will be processed only if the product returned is (1) unused (2) has all tags attached (3) as it was at the time of delivery.
